Potato and cheese stuffed bread: the savory and tasty recipe to try

Ingredients:
90 g of bread flour
55 g of milk
10 g of melted butter
A pinch of salt
1 medium-sized potato
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
Mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix flour, milk, melted butter and salt.
2. Stir with a spatula at first to combine all the ingredients, then knead for a couple of minutes.
3. Cover the dough with some plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
4. Boil then mash the potato.
5. Mix with mayonnaise to make the filling.
6. Spread the dough using a rolling pin.
7. Fill with shredded mozzarella cheese and the potato mix you made before.
8. Close, then spread again.
9. Brush some oil onto the bottom of a pan and cook the bread in it.
