Sponge cake with milk cream: the recipe for an easy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
80 g of sugar
8-10 g of vanilla sugar
30 g of flour or starch
300 ml of milk
4 medium eggs
120 g of sugar
100 g of butter
50 g of condensed milk
100 ml of water
1 tbsp of liqueur
120 g of dark chocolate
70 g of butter
Directions:
1. In a saucepan mix sugar, vanilla sugar, flour (or starch) and milk.
2. Cook and stir continuously until it thickens.
3. Let cool the mixture at room temperature covered in plastic wrap.
4. Aside, make the batter whisking eggs and sugar for 10 to 12 minutes.
5. Also stir in sifted flour.
6. Pour the batter into a mold, then bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
7. Divide the cake into two layers.
8. Aside whisk butter for 3 to 5 minutes, then add condensed milk a little bit at a time.
9. Now stir in the milk cream made before, one spoonful at a time.
10. In a bowl mix water, condensed milk and liqueur to make the syrup.
11. Now assemble the dessert wetting the cake and filling it with milk cream.
12. Let cool in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours.
13. Melt chocolate and butter, then coat the cake with the icing you got.
14. Decorate with chocolate flakes and cocoa powder.
