Double cream chocolate cake: the delicious and irresistible recipe

Ingredients:
- For the batter:
3 eggs
150 g of sugar
110 ml of milk
30 ml of vegetable oil
40 g of dark chocolate
130 g of flour
30 g of cocoa powder
8 g of baking powder
- For the syrup:
80 g of sugar
100 ml of water
2 tbsp of brandy (or any other liquor)
- For the filling:
80 g of dark chocolate
150 g of soft butter
200 g of condensed milk
400 g of peach jam
- For decoration:
100 g of dark chocolate
100 ml of hot cream
Directions:
1. BATTER: whisk eggs and sugar, then add milk, oil and melted chocolate too.
2. Aside mix flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. Sift them and stir them into the batter.
3. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170 degrees for 50 minutes.
4. SYRUP: in a saucepan mix water and sugar, then boil for 5 minutes. Let cool completely.
5. CREAM: whisk butter for 5 minutes, then add condensed milk a little bit at a time and melted chocolate.
6. Refine the cake by cutting off the top and then divide it into three equal layers.
7. Add liquor to cold syrup.
8. Now assemble the dessert with cake layer (wet with the syrup you made before) and alternating chocolate cream layers with peach jam layers.
9. Let cool the cake in the fridge for 5 to 6 hours.
10. DECORATION: melt chocolate into hot cream, then use this mixture to entirely coat the cake.
11. Finish decoration with crumbled cake scraps and melted chocolate on top.
