Homemade Paratha: the simple and savory recipe to try

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
400 ml of water
8 g of salt
600 g of flour
10 g of baking soda
- For brushing:
200 g of melted butter
100 ml of oil
- For the filling:
250 g of cherry tomatoes
2 pinches of salt
2 pinches of cayenne pepper
1 garlic clove
Fresh parsley
1 avocado
3 tbsp of olive oil
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix water, sifted baking soda, flour and salt.
2. One you get a smooth and even dough, cover it with some plastic wrap and let rest.
3. Divide the dough into equal pieces and make some balls out of each one.
4. Cover and let rest.
5. Spread each ball using a rolling pin and brush them with a mixture of oil and melted butter.
6. Cut some stripes into it and roll.
7. For the sauce just mix diced tomatoes, chopped garlic and parsley, avocado, cayenne pepper, salt and oil.
8. Cook the Paratha in a hot pan turning it often until cooked on both sides.
9. Fill with the avocado sauce.
