Oatmeal savory crepe: the quick and tasty recipe to try

Ingredients:

2 tbsp of oatmeal

2 eggs

1 tsp of chili pepper flakes

Half a tsp of salt

Cheese

Sliced turkey

Directions:

1. Brush the bottom of a pan with a little bit of oil.

2. Add oatmeal to make an even layer.

3. Aside mix two eggs, salt and chili pepper the pour it on top of the oatmeal.

4. Cook at low heat, then fill with cheese and turkey.

5. Fold the crepe to close it and cook for a couple minutes more on both sides.
