Egg stuffed artichokes: the savory recipe to try

Ingredients:
4 artichokes
1 lemon
40 g of mozzarella cheese
4 eggs
Grated cheese
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Parsley
Directions:
1. Peel and cut the artichokes.
2. Squeeze some lemon juice on top of them.
3. Then soak them into water and lemon.
4. Remove the stem and cook them in boiling water for 25 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with salt and fill them with shredded mozzarella cheese and one egg each.
6. Season with salt and pepper, then put some grated cheese on top.
7. Place them in a tray and pour some olive oil on top of them.
8. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
9. When done, decorate with some chopped fresh parsley.
