Stuffed Artichokes

INGREDIENTS

300 g ground chicken
1 egg
30 g parmesan
extra virgin olive oil
salt
2 galic clove, minsed
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp paprika
a pinch of nutmeg
pepper
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp cumin

METHOD
Peel the artichokes. Cut the steams.
Cook artichokes in a boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes.
In a pan heat a little oil and cook artichokes steams, adding a little water, salt and pepper.
Now add the ground chicken and cook for 3-5 minutes. We transfer everything in a bowl, mix with Parmesan cheese, egg, marjoram, parsley, paprika, garlic and nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper .
Stuff the artichokes with meat mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan, and bake for 20 minutes at 180C/350F.
