Potato and onion casserole: the recipe for a savory and easy dish

Ingredients:
3 onions
Olive oil
Salt
Chili pepper
4 potatoes
75 g of cheese
Vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Cut the onions in slices.
2. Fry them in a pan with some olive oil and salt.
3. Chop chili pepper and add it to the pan.
4. Cook everything until it's soft, then put aside.
5. Peel and cut the onions in thin slices.
6. Pour some vegetable oil in a pan and place potato slices to make an even layer.
7. Fry until golden, then flip and cook on the other side too.
8. Put aside, then do the same with another potato layer.
9. Put cooked onions and cheese on top, then cover with the potato layer from before.
10. Repeat and make other layers.
11. Cook everything for 5 minutes at high heat.
