Mashed potatoes: the recipe to make them creamy and savory

Ingredients:
600 g of potatoes
60 g of butter
Olive oil
1 small onion
250 ml of milk
Salt, pepper and nutmeg
Directions:
1. Start by peeling and cutting the potatoes in big pieces of the same size.
2. Cook them in salted boiling water.
3. When they're soft inside drain and mash them.
4. Now stir in diced butter.
5. In a pan heat some olive oil and finely chopped onion.
6. Add mashed potatoes and pour some milk a little bit at a time, stirring until it is completely absorbed.
7. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
