Apricot and coconut cookies: the easy recipe to make them special

Ingredients:
75g butter
60g sugar
1 egg
1g salt
20g apricot jam
200g "00" flour
4g baking powder
DECORATIONS:
Apricot jam
Coconut flour
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the butter with the sugar.
2. Then add the egg, salt, jam, flour and yeast.
3. Form a uniform dough and let it rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.
4. Form the biscuits and cover them with the icing sugar and bake at 170 ° for 15/20 minutes.
5. Cover them with the jam and coconut.
