Pasticciotti: the Italian recipe to try!

INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
125g butter or lard

1g babking soda
1 egg
lemon zest
250g flour
For the cream:
380g milk
90g sugar
3 egg yolks
37 potato starch
vanilla
lemon zest
METHOD
1. Mix the lard with sugar and lemon zest. Add 1 egg, the flour, the salt and the baking soda.
2. Make the pastry dough.
3. Stuff your italian pasticciotti with custard cream and bake at 220°C for 14 minutes
