Fluffy chocolate log: the delicious recipe to surprise your guests

Ingredients:

3 eggs

250 g sugar

10 g vanilla sugar

180 g milk

100 ml oil

350 g all purpose flour

40 g cocoa

10 g baking powder

200 ml hot water

1 tsp baking soda

350 g cream cheese

400 g cream

150 g condensed milk

150 ml hot water

30 g sugar

20 g chocolate + 1/2 teaspoon of oil

Directions:

1. Sponge cake: mix the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Then add the dry ingredients and mix well. Finally add the boiling water and pour the mixture on the pan. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

2. Cream: mix the cheese with cream and condensed milk.

3. Wet: dissolve the sugar in hot water.

4. Assemble the log and decorate it.
