Raspberries ice cream: the simple way to make it at home

Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
150g milk
50g sugar
1g salt
130g fresh cream
80g raspberry pulp
To decorate
300g ruby chocolate
35g cocoa butter
Directions:
1. Mix the egg yolks with sugar and salt. Then mix with the warm milk.
2. Bring to the heat and let it thicken, leave to cool.
3. Whip the cream and add it to the mixture with the yolks, then add the raspberry pulp.
4. Pour the mixture into molds and leave in the freezer for 12 hours.
5. Melt the chocolate and mix it with the cocoa butter.
6. Dip the ice creams in the chocolate and keep in the fridge.
