Whipped cream and strawberry cake: you need to try this amazing dessert

Ingredients:

Sponge cake ingredients:

6 eggs

170g of sugar

180g of flour

8g of yeast

1 sachet of vanillin

Filling ingredients:

500g of pre-sweetened cream (or fresh with 4 tablespoons of sugar)

500g of strawberries

1 tablespoon of sugar

Decoration ingredients:

8 strawberries for decoration

Powdered sugar

Wet ingredients:

250g of milk

maceration juice

Directions:

1. Sponge cake: mix the egg yolks with 90 g of sugar and the egg whites with 80 g of sugar. Mix flour, baking powder and vanilla. Sift and add to the rest of the mixture. Pour the mixture into a 24 cm diameter mold and bake at 150 ° for 60 minutes.

2. Filling: Cut the strawberries and mix them with a spoonful of sugar. Add the strawberries to the whipped cream.

3. Soak: mix the milk with the juice of the strawberries.

4. Divide the sponge cake in three and assemble the cake.
