Potato stuffed balls: the incredible recipe to try right now

Ingredients:

Potatoes 600 g

salt

Cheese 200 g

Parsley

black pepper

Ham 100 g

Cheese 100 g

Eggs 3

Flour 100 g

Breadcrumbs 100 g

Vegetable oil

Directions:

1. First boil the potatoes with salt.

2. Then mash the potatoes and mix them with cheese, parsley and pepper.

3. Shape the balls by filling them with cheese and cooked.

4. Beat the three eggs and roll each ball in the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.

5. Fry in very hot oil and serve.
