Vanilla pudding with grated chocolate: the creamy dessert to try

Ingredients:
20 g gelatin powder
300 ml milk
3 egg yolks
150 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
300 g sour cream
Chocolate
 
Directions:
1. Mix the gelatin powder with milk.
2. Whip the egg yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar and milk. Heat and mix well.
3. Add the gelatin mixture and sour cream.
4. Pour the batter into the milk box and let it cool.
5. Grate the chocolate on the pudding and enjoy it.
