How to make crème caramel at home: the delicious recipe

Ingredients:
Caramel:
100 g sugar
40 g of water
Cream:
250 g milk
250 g cream
3 whole eggs
75 g sugar
1 pinch of vanilla
10 ml rum
Directions:
1. Caramel: dissolve the sugar in water and caramelize it. Then pour the caramel into the bowls.
2. Cream: heat cream and milk. Meanwhile, mix the eggs with sugar, vanilla and rum.
3. Then pour the milk together with the cream, mix everything well.
4. Pour the mixture into bowls with the caramel.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes pouring into the water in the pan.
6. Then let it cool in the fridge for 3 hours.
