Pound cake with chocolate chips: the fluffiest dessert you ever ate

Ingredients:
260g flour "00"
4 whole eggs
80g melted butter
180g sugar
Orange peel
95g milk
10g baking powder
1g salt
100g chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Mix the eggs with sugar and salt.
2. Separately mix melted butter, milk and part of the mixture with the eggs.
3. Add the whole, sift the flour and add yeast, orange peel and chocolate chips.
4. Pour the dough into a greased mould of 22 cm in diameter.
5. Bake at 160 hrs for 40 minutes.
