8 layers chocolate cake: the beautiful and delicious dessert

Ingredients:

Dough:

2 eggs

180 g sugar

50 g oil

150 ml warm milk

210 g flour

1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1 drop of vinegar

160 ml hot water

Cream:

500 g cream

130 g sugar

200 g mascarpone

1 tsp vanilla extract

40 g melted chocolate

Directions:

1. Dough: mix the eggs with the sugar, then add the oil and hot milk. Separately, sift all the dry ingredients and add them to the mixture with the eggs. Finally add the water and vinegar.

2. Cook these crepes in a pan and set aside.

3. Cream: in a bowl mix cream, sugar, mascarpone and vanilla extract.

4. Assemble the cake forming the various layers.

5. Refrigerate for 2/3 hours.

6. Complete with the chocolate decoration and serve.
