Mozzarella soft bread: how to prepare a delicious recipe

Ingredients:
250 g flour
1/2 teaspoon of dry yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Chives or parsley
125 ml warm milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons of melted butter
Mozzarella cheese
Chives, bell pepper, oil
 
Directions:
1. Dissolve the yeast in the milk and add the sugar.
2. Then add the flour, salt, garlic and parsley.
3. Form a homogeneous dough and let it rise for at least 2 hours.
4. Roll out the dough and assemble it as shown in the video.
5. Garnish and brush with oil.
6. Bake at 200 ° for 25 minutes.
