Chocolate log without oven: the creamy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
100 g dark chocolate
250 g ricotta
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
350 g cream
300 g wafers
Chocolate and almonds to decorate
 
Directions:
1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
2. Then mix the ricotta with powdered sugar and cream.
3. Whip everything together and add the chocolate.
4. Assemble the log by adding the wafers and refrigerate for 3 hours.
5. Decorate and serve.
