Potato fritters: you'll fall in love with this recipe

Ingredients:
700 gr potatoes
Salt, bay leaf and pepper
40 g buso butter
Minced garlic
pepper
160 g flour
Parsley or dill
2 egg yolks
Mushroom sauce (optional):
200 g mushrooms
1 onion
30 g butter
Salt and pepper
200 g sour cream
Directions:
1. Boil the potatoes in water, salt, bay leaf and pepper.
2. Mash the potatoes and add the butter, garlic, pepper, flour and parsley. Finally add the egg yolks and mix well until a uniform dough is formed.
3. Shape into balls and mash them.
4. Fry them in hot oil and serve with the sauces.
