Coconut cookies with just 3 ingredients: the easy and tasty recipe

Ingredients:

2 eggs

80-100 g sugar

180-200 g shredded coconut

Directions:

1. First mix the eggs with the sugar.

2. Then gradually add the coconut.

3. Form a homogeneous dough.

4. Then form the biscuits and bake them at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes.
