Tangerine sponge cake: the original and mouthwatering recipe

Ingredients:
8 tangerines
2 eggs
1 mandarin
1 pinch of salt
100 gr sugar
150 ml sunflower oil
160 ml of water
Peel of a mandarin
15 gr of baking powder
220 grams of flour
Powdered sugar to decorate
 
Directions:
1. Peel the tangerines and divide them in half.
2. Sprinkle some sugar on the base of a mold and add the tangerines.
3. Blend a mandarin with the eggs and strain the liquid.
4. Add sugar, oil, water, flour, yeast and tangerine peel.
5. Pour the mixture over the mandarins and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
