Brown sugar cookies: the easy way to make them delicious

Ingredients:

200 gr butter

30 gr icing sugar

1 pinch of salt

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 yolk + 80 gr cheese (optional)

25 gr of powdered milk

25 gr of corn starch

230 gr flour

150 gr brown sugar

Directions:

1. Mix the butter with powdered sugar, salt and vanilla extract.

2. Then add the egg yolk, cheese, milk, starch and flour.

3. Form a homogeneous dough and then make balls.

4. Put them in brown sugar and bake at 150 ° for 30 minutes.
