Meat and cheese rolls: the simple and delicious meal

Ingredients:
12 slices of pork
200 gr of cheese (provolone type)
salt and pepper
bread crumbs
Ingredients for the batter:
50 grams of flour 00
50 grams of corn flour
250 ml of beer
Directions:
1. Roll out the slices of meat and season with salt and pepper.
2. Stuff with cheese and roll up.
3. Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for an hour.
4. Batter: mix the 00 flour with the cornmeal and beer.
5. Dip the rolls in the batter and then in the breadcrumbs.
6. Fry in hot oil and serve.
