Fireworks potatoes: the recipe for a crispy and original side dish

Ingredients:
6 potatoes
Corn starch
Vegetable oil
Salt
Dried dill
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes and cut them to shape a square.
2. Carve them in both directions using chopsticks as a guide to keep them still.
3. Sprinke with salt and let sit for 15 minutes.
4. Soak them with water and rinse. Pat dry and coat them with corn starch.
5. Now fry in a pan with vegetable oil until golden and crispy.
