Chocolate caramel cake: the recipe for a delicious and fluffy dessert

Ingredients:

- For the batter:

3 eggs

A pinch of salt

90 g of sugar

50 g of milk

75 g of flour

25 g of cocoa powder

1 tsp of baking powder

- For caramel:

150 g of sugar

70 g of butter

110 g of whipping cream

1/3 tsp of salt

- For the syrup:

200 ml of warm milk

1 tsp of vanilla sugar

- For the cream:

400 g of cream cheese

40 g of powdered sugar

200 g of whipping cream

1 tsp of vanilla extract

- For the ganache:

70 g of milk chocolate

70 g of dark chocolate

110 g of warm cream

- For decoration:

Walnuts

Directions:

1. Start by whipping eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt.

2. Also add milk.

3. Stir in sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder.

4. Pour the batter in a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

5. For the caramel melt sugar in a pan at low heat, then add butter and cream. Stir until combined. Lastly add salt.

6. Wet the cake with a milk and powdered sugar mixture.

7. Cover the cake with the caramel you made before.

8. A side, mix cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Use this cream to make another layer on top of the cake.

9. For the ganache melt chocolate into warm cream and use it to cover the dessert.

10. Let cool the cake in the fridge overnight.

11. Decorate with some more caramel and chopped walnuts.
