Savory cheesecake with veggie: the easy and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
Base:
260 gr of crackers
150 gr of melted butter
Stuffed:
1 eggplant
1 courgette
1 carrot
2 colored peppers
cherry tomatoes to taste
1 egg
100 grams of flour 00
30 gr of grated Parmesan cheese
basil leaves to taste
250 gr of spreadable cheese
half a tablespoon of potato starch
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Base: blend the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Mash them in the mold and set aside.
2. Filling: cut the vegetables into cubes and cook them in a pan with oil, salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix the cheese, egg, flour, Parmesan, starch, salt, pepper and basil.
3. Then add the vegetables and stuff the base.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
5. Decorate with other vegetables and serve.
