Savory stuffed crepes: how to prepare this amazing meal

Ingredients:
Crepes:
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of sugar
salt
400 ml milk
170 gr flour
Oil
Stuffed:
300 gr chicken
2 potatoes
2 carrots
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Chives
Directions:
1. First boil the chicken in one pot and the potatoes and carrot in another.
2. Crepes: mix the eggs with salt and sugar, then add flour and milk. Obtained a liquid dough, without lumps and cook the crepes.
3. Dice the chicken, carrot and potatoes. Mix everything with mayonnaise, salt and chives.
4. Form the bundles and serve them.
