Veal stew with tomato sauce: the simple, fast and tasty meal

Ingredients:
1 kg veal stew
1 red onion
1/2 glass of milk
1/2 glass of wine
2 tablespoons of rice starch / 00 flour
1 teaspoon of triple tomato paste
extra virgin olive oil
salt
400 ml water / vegetable broth
3 bay leaves
Direction:
1. First cut the onion and fry it in a pan with oil and bay leaf.
2. Then add the stew and brown it.
3. Add the coarse salt and pour in the wine, water (or broth) and tomato paste.
4. Cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
5. Mix the starch with the milk and add to the stew.
6. Cook for a couple of minutes and serve.
