Lemon yogurt fluffy cake: easy and delicious

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
3 eggs
240g yogurt
60g flour
20g potato starch
lemon zest
20 ml lemon juice
salt
100g sugar
METHOD
1. Separate yolks from egg whites.
2. Mix the egg yolks with flour and yogurt, then add lemon juice and potato starch.
3. Wisk the egg whites and mix with the egg mixture.
4. Bake in a bain-marie at 150°C for 30 minutes, then 140°C for 30 minutes.
