Garlic cheese bread: how to prepare this incredible recipe

Ingredients:
250g all-purpose flour
1½ tsp dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic granules
1 stalk spring onion
3 tbsp butter, melted. + To apply the dough
125ml milk
1 large egg
1 cup grated Emmental cheese (Swiss cheese)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (Italian cheese)
Directions:
1. In a large bowl mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, garlic, spring onion, melted butter, milk and egg.
2. Cover for 40-60 minutes.
3. Divide the dough in 4 parts and fill with cheese.
4. Cover the bread for 15 minutes.
5. Then make some holes with a fork and cover the bread with beaten egg and grated cheese.
6. bake at 400°F/200° for 20-25 minutes.
