Zucchini bites with mozzarella cheese: the easy and tasty appetizer

Ingredients:
2 zucchini
Olive oil
Salt
Oregano
2 garlic cloves
Bread crumbs
250 gr cherry tomatoes
125 gr mozzarella
2 tbsp of bread crumbs
Black pepper
 
Directions:
1. Cut the zucchini into slices and season with oil, salt, oregano and garlic.
2. Then pass them in breadcrumbs and place them on a baking sheet.
3. Bake at 400°F/200° for 25/20 minutes.
4. Cut the cherry tomatoes and add them to the mozzarella, then add the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
5. Cover the zucchini and bake for another 15 minutes at 356°F/180°.
