Pear sponge cake: the recipe to make a so tasty dessert

Ingredients:
125g (1/2 cup) room temperature butter
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
1tsp lemon aroma
3 eggs, add one at a time.
200g all-purpose flour/cake flour + 2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk, add half at a time.
Three pears, one cut into cubes & mix with the cake batter.
(pear can be substituted with apple)

Springform pan: 20 cm in diameter
(larger size pan will make the cake thinner)
180°C (350°F) for 45 - 50 minutes

Directions:
1. Mix the butter and then add the sugar.
2. Add the lemon, egg, flour and milk flavoring.
3. Add a diced pear and mix well.
4. Pour the mixture into a 20 cm diameter mold.
5. Add the other two pears and bake at 356°F(180°) for 45-50 minutes.
