Pears in the pastry: the original and tasty dessert!

INGREDIENTS
1 sheet of puff pastry
3 pears, cut in halves, cored
100g (½ cup) of sugar
2g (1 ½ tsp) of ground cinnamon
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F.
2. Make slits on top of each pear half as shown in the video.
3. Mix sugar with cinnamon. Dip halves into a cinnamon sugar mixture.
4. Place pear halves on top of the puff pastry. Make cutouts with a small sharp knife following the shape of the pear. Transfer onto a parchment-covered baking sheet.
5. Bake for 25 minutes.
