Pears fruitcake: use in-season pears to make a delectably dessert

Ingredients 80g butter
80g sugar
1g salt
2 eggs
40g almond powder
100g melted chocolate
40g flour
5g baking powder
15g cocoa powder
3 pears
Almond flakes
Melted chocolate
Whisk together soft butter, sugar and salt.
Subsequently, incorporate the eggs, then the almond powder and the melted chocolate.
Sieve the flour, baking powder and cocoa and on the mixture and mix.
Garnish the cake mold of cake paste and place 3 pears peeled over it.
Decorate with sliced almonds and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 40 minutes
Cool the cake, unmold and coat the melted chocolate pears
