Stuffed whole chicken: the recipe to make it juicy and tasty

Ingredients:
3 small whole chickens
3 eggs
salt
pepper
oil
40g of grated cheese
5 slices of bread
3-4 slices of cooked ham
250g of mozzarella
rosemary
lemon
Directions:
1. Wash the small chickens well and place them in a greased pan.
2. Pass the lemon over the chickens.
3. Filling: beat the eggs with grated cheese, pepper, cooked ham, mozzarella and breadcrumbs.
4. Stuff the chickens and close them with toothpicks.
5. Cut the potatoes and season with salt, oil, rosemary and add to the pan.
6. Pour a glass of water and bake at 250 ° for 90 minutes.
