Japanese Cotton Cheesecake: the mouthwatering and fluffy dessert

Ingredients:
180 gr spreadable cheese
30 gr butter
100 ml milk
3 eggs
10 gr flour
10 gr corn starch
60 gr sugar
2 gr lemon juice
Directions:
1. First, mix cream cheese, butter and milk. Melt in a bain-marie.
2. Then add the egg yolks and separately beat the egg whites with the lemon juice.
3. Add flour, starch and sugar to the mixture with the cheese.
4. Integrate the egg whites and then pour the mixture into the mold.
5. Place the mold in a pan with water and bake at 130 ° for 70 minutes and at 150 ° for 5 minutes.
