Macaroni casserole with cheese: the tasty recipe rich of flavor

Ingredients:
250g (1 cup) uncooked macaroni
1 small onion
150g (1 package) turkey slices, chopped
4 tbsp butter, separated
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
250ml (1 cup) milk
200g (1¾ cups) grated cheddar cheese for the mix
100g (2/3 cup) grated mozzarella cheese for topping
1 tsp salt, 1tsp sugar, 1 tsp pepper, a pinch of nutmeg
A handful of parsley, chopped.
2 or 3 eggs
Tomato sauce as needed for topping
Directions:
1. Boil the pasta and drain it.
2. Melt the butter and brown onion and turkey.
3. In another pan melt the butter and add flour, milk, cheddar, mozzarella, salt, sugar, pepper and nutmeg.
4. Add also parsley, pasta, turkey and eggs.
5. Topping with tomato sauce, cheese, turkey and bake at 400°F/200° for 30 minutes.
