Cheese garlic whole wheat bread: how to prepare them at home

Ingredients:
500 gr wholemeal flour
240 gr flour
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of dry yeast
240 ml milk
60 gr melted butter + 1 teaspoon of salt
400 gr stringy cheese
2 tablespoons of butter + 1 teaspoon of salt + 1 teaspoon of garlic + 2 tablespoons of spring onions
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the two flours, dry yeast and sugar. Then add melted butter with salt and milk. Stir and let it rest for 60-90 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll out and stuff. Then form the sandwiches and let them rest for 30 minutes. Bake at 420°F/210° for 15/20 minutes.
