Bacon-wrapped meatloaf: the tasty and savory recipe to try

Ingredients:
1 onion
Salt, pepper, olive oil
Chili pepper
3 stale bread slices
300 ml of milk
650 g of beef meat
2 eggs
Fresh parsley
400 g of bacon
2 tsp of smoked paprika
2 tbsp of ketchup
Directions:
1. Finely cut onion and chili pepper, then fry them in pan with some olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Soak the bread into some milk for a minute.
3. Meanwhile cut and grind the meat.
4. Mix groud meat with the vegetables from the pan, the eggs, salt, pepper and squeezed bread.
5. Knead with your hands to combine all the ingredients.
6. Lastly add some chopped fresh parsley.
7. Brush some olive oil into the meatloaf mold then cover it with thin bacon slices.
8. Fill with the meat mixture using a spoon to level, then fold in the bacon stripes to seal the meatloaf.
9. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 50 minutes.
10. In a little bowl mix olive oil, paprika and ketchup.
11. Demold the meatloaf, put it in a baking tray and brush its surface with the ketchup and paprika sauce you made before.
12. Finish baking at 200 degrees for another 15 minutes.
