Cod and potatoes en papillote: the easy and fast recipe for a savory fish dish

Ingredients:
500 g of cod fillet
Aromatic herbs
Vegetable oil
500 g of potatoes
50 g of onion
A pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Cut the fish in equal pieces.
2. Season the fish with some aromatic herbs and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Spread some oil on a baking paper sheet, then place the cod pieces on top.
4. Grate potatoes and onion, mix them together with some salt and place them on top of the fish.
5. Close the baking paper and seal the edges.
6. Put the paper bundles into a pan and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat on both sides.
