Rice stuffed balls: the recipe for a savory dish you need to try

Ingredients:
- For the rice balls:
500 g of rice
1,2 l of water
1 vegetable stock cube
30 g of butter
120 g of grated cheese
1 packet of saffron
100 g of scamorza cheese
Meat sauce
- For coating:
200 g of flour
300 g of water
Breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. For starters, cook the rice in boiling water.
2. Add saffron melted in a little bit of water.
3. Mix grated cheese and butter, too. Then stir well to combine all the ingredients.
4. Place the cooked rice into a tray and let it cool.
5. With your hands make some rice balls after filling them with a teaspoon of meat sauce and some scamorza cheese.
6. Make the coating batter by mixing water and flour, then whisk.
7. Coat the rice balls with batter and then with bread crumbs.
8. Fry in hot oil.
