Rice cake: you need to try this amazing italian recipe!

So delicious and easy to make, here's a great recipe to try:

INGREDIENTS
300g (2 cups) cooked rice
4 eggs
200g (1 1/2 cup) ricotta cheese
50g (4 tbsp) sugar
5g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
50g (3 tbsp) chocolate chips

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix eggs, ricotta cheese, sugar and vanilla. Pour this mixture over the cooked rice.
  2. Mix it and pour it into a pan. Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
  3. Bake at 180C for 40 minutes. Serve.
