Savory meat pie: the easy and tasty recipe you need to try

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
200 ml of warm water
200 ml of warm milk
1 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of salt
4 g of instant dry yeast
1 egg
50 ml of sunflower seeds oil
650 g of flour
- For the filling:
Oil
2 onions
600 g of minced meat
Salt, black pepper, paprika
150 g of cheese
100 g of melted butter
1 egg yolk
Directions:
1. In a large bowl pour milk and water, then add salt, sugar and yeast. Stir to blend everything.
2. Add egg and oil too.
3. Lastly add the flour and use a wooden spoon to blend.
4. Knead until you get a smooth and soft dough.
5. Let it rise in warm place for 45 minutes.
6. In a pan pour some olive oil, then fry the diced onion in it.
7. Add meat too and season it with salt, pepper and paprika.
8. Make a loaf out of the dough and divide it into pieces.
9. Flatten every piece using a rolling pin.
10. Brush the dough circle with melted butter, then fill with cooked meat from before.
11. Cover with another piece of dough and brush with butter again.
12. Make another meat layer, then roll the dough and make a swivel shape.
13. Flatten the swivel too using both your hands and a rolling pin.
14. Place it into a baking tray, brush with some egg yolk and sprinkle its surface with some grated cheese.
15. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
