Water cake: the recipe for a light and fluffy dessert

Ingredients:
250 g of bread flour
100 g of sugar
40 g of seeds oil
200 ml of warm water
50 m of orange juice
1 packet of baking powder
A pinch of vanilla
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix water, sugar, vanilla and orange juice.

2. Then add flour all at once.
3. Once the flour is completely absorbed add baking powder too.
4. Pour the batter in a cake pan and bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
