Mini meatloaf wrapped in bacon: the tasty and easy recipe to try

Ingredients:
1 onion
Olive oil
Salt
Chili pepper
500 g of beef
1 egg
Black pepper
Fresh parsley
200 g of mozzarella cheese
300 g of bacon (thin slices)
3 tsp of smoked paprika
Directions:
1. Chop onion and chili pepper in pieces.
2. Fry them in a pan with some oil.
3. Cut the meat in big pieces and mince it in a blender.
4. Add the vegetables from the pan, one egg, pepper and chopped fresh parsley. Mix with your hands.
5. Cut the mozzarella in dices.
6. Spread some of the meat mix onto some bacon slices, place some mozzarella cheese in the middle then wrap.
7. Pour some olive oil in a baking tray then place the meatloaf in it.
8. Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
9. Aside, mix olive oil and paprika.
10. Use this mix to brush and season the meatloaf.
11. Bake again for another 10 minutes.
