Soy noodles with vegetables and shrimps: the savory recipe to try

Ingredients (2 servings):
2 carrots
2 zucchini
2 spring onions
200 g of soy sprouts
40 ml of seed oil
200 g of shelled shrimps
80 ml of soy sauce
40 g of oyster sauce
200 g of soy noodles
1 l of water
Directions:
1. Cut zucchini and carrots in thin stripes.
2. Cut the spring onions to in thin slices.
3. In a large pan pour some seed oil then add spring onions.
4. After 2 minutes add carrots.
5. Then add shrimps and pour some soy sauce.
6. After 3 minutes take the shrimps out of the pan.
7. Add zucchini.
8. Cook the soy noodles into hot boiling water.
9. Turn off the stove and let them soak in the water for 5 minutes.
10. Lastly add soy sprouts into the pan and pour some oyster sauce.
11. Drain the noodles and add them in the pan.
12. Mix to blend all the ingredients.
13. Serve with shrimps.
