Homemade white bread: the recipe to make it soft and fragrant

Ingredients:
500 g of flour
7g of instant dry yeast
12,5 g of sugar
4 g of salt
30 ml of oil
375 ml of warm water
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, oil and water.
2. Mix with a wooden spoon.
3. When the ingredients are well blended knead for 10 minutes until yo get a soft and smooth dough block.
4. Cover with some plastic wrap and let rise until it doubles its size.
5. Make a loaf out of the dough and place it in a well-greased mold.
6. Cover and let rise again for 30 minutes.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
